Shipping & Delivery
We will endeavour to do our best to send your balloon lights on the same day that we receive the order. We guarantee dispatch within 2-3 working days. We send all our lights via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight of the package. We offer three different services for delivery and will deliver to anywhere in the world. All quoted delivery costs are for the total order so it does not matter how many you order, you will only pay the quoted amount. Please allow up to 28 days for your delivery.
Privacy & Security
Payments at Unlimited Balloon Lights are taken via Paypal and you will be transferred to a secure server belonging to Paypal to provide you with a safe transaction. However, if you are uncertain about online payment, feel free to print out your shopping cart contents and you can send a cheque or postal order to

Damaged Goods

If goods are damaged, we ask for a photograph of the damage and we will send out an immediate replacement. In the event that a refund is required, the item is to be returned to us and we will refund the amount for the item, excluding delivery charges. We advise the returns are sent via recorded delivery to provide a proof of delivery.
How to Cancel
To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period, please return the invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation". Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the invoice enclosed. The goods should be back at Bitz n Peesiz within 7 working days of you receiving your order. We will calculate this as 9 working days from the date we posted the package to you. We reserve the right to use Bitz n Peesiz calculations in this instance.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery or another insured service as we cannot re-imburse your account without receiving the items back first, in perfect condition. Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item (excluding delivery charges) within 30 days of cancellation. Ordering
Ordering is simple at Unlimited Balloon Lights. You can select the colour by clicking on the navigation bar at the top of the screen or selecting the colour on the left side bar. When you find a product you would like to order, enter the quantity you would like and then click 'add to cart'. You can continue shopping until you are ready to pay. You can make any amendments to your order at any time by clicking on 'My Cart' at the top of the screen. You do not have to register to purchase from our site but if you do register, you will receive an email with a coupon code enabling you to receive a further discount on your next order.
Pricing & Promotions
We reserve the right ot change our promotions without notice. The price that is quoted at the checkout phase is the price you pay. Our base rate is GBP and to view further currencies, you can select the currency at the top right of the screen. The currencies are based on the current exchange rate provided by 'Webservicex'

By registering with us you can use your login and password to review the status of your order. If you have any queries regarding your order once you have placed it, please contact us and we will contact you within 24 hours. Updating Account Information If you have registered with us, an account would be created and you have access to your account details.
